Actual services are governed exclusively by a separately executed proposal, service agreement, work order, purchase order, subcontract, or other written agreement between TFS and the applicable party.

Any pricing, schedule, scope, service level, response time, or availability discussed through the website remains subject to review and written confirmation by TFS.

Submitting a career application or résumé does not guarantee an interview, employment offer, placement, or continued consideration.

Applicants are responsible for providing information that is truthful, complete, and accurate. TFS may verify information as permitted by law and may discontinue consideration of an application containing materially inaccurate or misleading information.

Submission of an application does not create an employment relationship. Any employment relationship must be established through separate written onboarding and employment documentation.

Submitting a vendor-registration form does not create a subcontractor, supplier, partner, agent, employee, or other business relationship with TFS.

Registration does not guarantee approval, assignment of work, inclusion in a vendor network, minimum work volume, geographic exclusivity, or payment.

Any approved vendor relationship is subject to TFS’s separate qualification requirements and written agreements, which may include insurance, licensing, tax documentation, safety requirements, background information, service standards, pricing, and other operational conditions.

Links to a Client Portal, Employee Portal, TFS App Hub, ROUT, REACH, or another restricted system are provided solely for authorized users.

The presence of a portal link does not grant access or authorization. Users must use credentials assigned or approved by TFS and must comply with any additional agreement, policy, or system-specific terms governing that platform.

You may not share credentials, access another person’s account, attempt to bypass security controls, or use a restricted system without authorization. Suspected unauthorized access may result in account suspension and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its databases, forms, portals, accounts, servers, or connected systems.

Separate service agreements, employment documents, vendor agreements, portal terms, or other contracts may contain different dispute-resolution provisions. Those specific agreements will govern the matters they address.
