Post-Construction Cleaning
Cleaning of newly built or renovated commercial space so it is ready for occupancy.

Post-Construction Cleaning
Construction cleaning prepares a renovated or newly built space for inspection, furnishing and occupancy. TFS can coordinate phased removal of construction dust and residue around the contractor's schedule and the client's turnover priorities.
The property need
A space may look nearly complete while fine dust, labels, protective films and trade debris remain. Cleaning too early can lead to repeated work when contractors return. The client and contractor need clear boundaries, readiness standards and a sequence tied to substantial completion.
What TFS can provide
- Walk the project with the authorized contact and identify phases, exclusions and turnover dates.
- Remove agreed loose debris and construction dust from accessible surfaces, fixtures and approved spaces.
- Detail cabinetry, ledges, glass, floors and other completed finishes using methods suited to the material.
- Coordinate rough, final and touch-up cleaning with continuing trade activity when included.
- Document damage, adhesive, paint, grout haze or residue requiring specialist treatment or contractor correction.
Coverage and customization
Support one suite, an entire building or phased floors and departments. Production depends on readiness, utilities, elevator access, stored materials and active trades. Hazardous materials, heavy construction debris and tasks outside ordinary cleaning are excluded unless specifically evaluated and approved.
Communication and follow through
Use a shared readiness contact and confirm which areas are released for cleaning. Track completed and re-contaminated areas during phased work. Provide turnover notes and photographs where appropriate, with touch-up work defined separately from the original final clean.
Discuss your needs
Share the project location, approximate area, construction schedule, turnover milestones, responsible contractor and the level of cleaning needed at each phase.
