An irrigation system needs to deliver water to the intended planting areas and respond to changes in the landscape. TFS can evaluate zones, repair agreed faults and adjust coverage or controls to address visible watering problems and avoidable waste.
The property need
A broken head, missed bed or poorly directed spray can leave one area struggling while water reaches pavement instead of plants. Repeated adjustments without checking the zone can leave the underlying problem in place. We review how the system operates and identify what can be corrected within the assigned scope.
What TFS can provide
- Run accessible zones and review heads, spray patterns, visible leaks and areas receiving uneven coverage.
- Inspect accessible valves and controller settings relevant to the reported concern.
- Repair or replace approved damaged heads, fittings and lines, and adjust direction or coverage as appropriate.
- Review watering schedules and available rain or weather controls against site needs and applicable local requirements.
- Retest affected zones after work and report remaining concerns involving supply, pressure, pumps or other specialist equipment.
Coverage and customization
Arrange a focused repair, periodic system checks or adjustments associated with new planting. Coordinate access to controllers, water supplies and valve locations with the property contact. Establish responsibility for scheduling changes; substantial redesign, pumps and specialized water-supply work are addressed through an agreed separate scope.
Communication and follow through
Record the areas tested, faults found, parts replaced and settings changed. Explain anything that remains unresolved and who should respond if the symptom returns. Where ROUT is included, zone information and before-and-after photographs can support future visits.
