Natural stone can lose clarity and reflectivity through wear, scratches, etching and unsuitable maintenance. TFS can evaluate the visible condition and coordinate an appropriate restoration approach for marble and other suitable stone surfaces.
The property need
A dull stone floor is not always dirty, and aggressive cleaning can make the finish worse. Property managers need to distinguish removable soil from wear, chemical damage, lippage, staining or deeper defects. Expectations should be based on the stone and its condition, not a generic promise of a new appearance.

- Inspect the surface, traffic pattern, finish and visible defects and discuss the desired result.
- Test an inconspicuous area when needed to confirm the proposed process and realistic improvement.
- Coordinate honing, polishing or other appropriate restoration steps for the approved stone and scope.
- Protect adjacent finishes and control slurry, equipment movement and access during the work.
- Provide maintenance recommendations that support the restored finish after completion.
Coverage and customization
Restore a small focal area, a lobby or a larger floor in planned phases. Method, production rate and access depend on stone type, condition, furniture and operating hours. Repairs, stain treatment or replacement outside the approved restoration process are reviewed separately.
Communication and follow through
Agree on the test area, finish expectation and acceptance contact before full production. Provide progress updates on multi-phase work and document defects that remain visible because of material loss or conditions beyond the approved treatment.
