Your grounds are part of the daily experience of arriving at the property. TFS can establish a recurring care program for lawns, planting beds and shared outdoor areas, with a defined scope and a schedule suited to the site’s activity and landscape needs.
The property need
Uneven mowing, overgrown bed edges, accumulated clippings and missed areas are visible to tenants and visitors. A fixed checklist can also miss changing growth or a developing irrigation concern. We combine agreed recurring tasks with observations that help management decide when additional work is needed.
What TFS can provide
- Mow, edge and line-trim designated turf areas using equipment appropriate to the site.
- Maintain planting beds through agreed weeding, routine shrub pruning and mulch touch-ups.
- Collect landscape clippings and remove grounds debris from the areas included in service.
- Attend to landscape edges along entrances, walkways, parking islands and other high-visibility spaces.
- Report observed irrigation damage, plant decline, pest symptoms or clearance concerns requiring separate attention.
Coverage and customization
Build a schedule for a single property or coordinate visits across multiple locations. Frequency and task rotation can reflect seasonal growth, business hours, resident activity and noise-sensitive periods. Define which pruning, mulch quantities and debris disposal are included so routine care and separately authorized enhancements remain clear.
Communication and follow through
Identify the person who receives service concerns and approves additional work. A site checklist and periodic photographs can support agreed quality reviews. Report access restrictions and missed work, then establish the follow-up. Where ROUT is included, exceptions and corrective requests can be tracked against the property.
