A well-organized installation turns an approved landscape plan into a finished outdoor space. TFS can coordinate bed preparation, planting, sod, mulch and finishing details while accounting for the people who continue to use the property during the work.
The property need
Property managers need more than delivery of plants. They need the correct materials in the correct locations, an orderly work area and a clear understanding of who will care for the new planting. We connect installation with access, existing site conditions and the care needed after the crew leaves.
What TFS can provide
- Confirm the approved layout, plant quantities, sizes and material selections before ordering.
- Coordinate access, deliveries, work areas and identification of utilities or irrigation conflicts before excavation.
- Prepare the agreed beds and install approved trees, shrubs, groundcover or sod using methods suited to the materials.
- Complete mulch, edging and bed finishes while protecting retained planting and adjacent property features.
- Remove installation debris and review watering arrangements, remaining items and establishment care at handover.
Coverage and customization
Schedule one installation or divide the work into phases around entrances, customer traffic and business hours. Material availability and site readiness determine the sequence. Any substitutions, additional soil work or changes to irrigation are discussed before proceeding; ongoing grounds care can be arranged separately.
Communication and follow through
Keep the designated contact informed of deliveries, progress and decisions that affect the finished result. Review installed areas together and document any outstanding items. Confirm who is responsible for watering and follow-up visits, along with any agreed replacement terms. ROUT can hold progress photographs and completion notes where included.
