The property need

A building can look acceptable at opening and still develop recurring restroom, waste, dust or floor concerns because the schedule does not match actual use. Vague responsibilities also make it difficult to determine whether a concern is missed work, added activity or a task outside the agreement. We start with the building and establish a practical baseline.

What TFS can provide

• Review the property, occupied hours, traffic patterns and priority areas before finalizing the cleaning plan.
• Define recurring duties for entrances, common areas, workspaces, restrooms, break areas and other approved spaces.
• Set task frequencies for dusting, waste removal, floor care, restroom attention and periodic detail work.
• Coordinate cleaning supplies, consumables, equipment storage, keys, alarms and site-specific security procedures.
• Use supervisory reviews and an agreed corrective process to address service concerns.

Coverage and customization

Coverage may be nightly, several days per week or another approved rotation. Staffing, shift length and task frequency can vary by location. Multi-site programs can use common standards while retaining property-specific instructions, access procedures and periodic-service schedules.

Communication and follow through

Identify who reports concerns, who can change the scope and how follow-up will be confirmed. TFS supervisors can document observations and completed corrections. Where ROUT is included, service requests and supporting photographs can remain associated with the location.
