Church Janitorial Cleaning
- Janitorial
Scheduled cleaning routines for commercial buildings, carried out on a recurring basis.

Reliable recurring cleaning begins with a scope that reflects the property, its traffic and the standard management expects to see each day. TFS can build a scheduled janitorial program for one location or a group of properties, with duties and service times clearly defined.
A building can look acceptable at opening and still develop recurring restroom, waste, dust or floor concerns because the schedule does not match actual use. Vague responsibilities also make it difficult to determine whether a concern is missed work, added activity or a task outside the agreement. We start with the building and establish a practical baseline.
Coverage may be nightly, several days per week or another approved rotation. Staffing, shift length and task frequency can vary by location. Multi-site programs can use common standards while retaining property-specific instructions, access procedures and periodic-service schedules.
Identify who reports concerns, who can change the scope and how follow-up will be confirmed. TFS supervisors can document observations and completed corrections. Where ROUT is included, service requests and supporting photographs can remain associated with the location.
Share the property type, square footage or service areas, occupied hours, current cleaning frequency and the concerns you want the program to address.
