Fertilization Programs

A fertilization program should respond to the landscape’s needs rather than simply repeat the same application at every property. TFS can coordinate nutrient care for designated turf and planting areas, with product choices and scheduling reviewed against the site and the agreed program.

The property need

A property may have uneven color, weak growth or repeated replacement of planting without a clear explanation. Those symptoms do not automatically establish a need for more fertilizer. We begin by reviewing the affected areas and the care already provided, then coordinate an appropriate response.

What TFS can provide

  • Review designated turf and plants, visible condition and available maintenance or application records.
  • Identify when soil or other diagnostic testing would help inform a treatment decision.
  • Coordinate nutrient selections and application plans with personnel qualified for the assigned work.
  • Schedule approved applications with attention to weather, local requirements, product directions and occupied areas.
  • Record completed applications and review the landscape’s response before adjusting the program.

Coverage and customization

Define the turf, shrubs, trees or other planting included, the review frequency and any testing or reporting requirements. Sites across Florida may need different timing and products. Irrigation corrections, pest treatment and replacement planting are considered separately where they affect the outcome; the proposal should identify the work included.

Communication and follow through

Provide the agreed application record and notify the property contact of any relevant access or care instructions. Track areas that need reassessment and discuss proposed changes before additional work. Where ROUT is included, records and follow-up observations can be associated with the service location.

Discuss your needs

Share the location, turf or plant types if known, photographs of affected areas and any recent fertilization or landscape treatments.
