A visitor should have a clear way to reach the right person before entering a controlled property. TFS can install and configure audio and video entry systems that connect designated entrances with the staff or other authorized people responsible for answering and granting access.
The property need
Reception desks are not always within sight of every entrance. Deliveries, appointments and after-hours visitors can create interruptions when calls reach the wrong person or the answering process is unclear. We review the visitor’s arrival and the responder’s workflow together.

Coverage and customization
Plan support for a single reception point, several entrances or multiple locations. Equipment choice should reflect outdoor exposure, background noise and the responder’s working location. Mobile answering or remote release can be considered where supported, with connectivity, licensing and responsibility for missed calls established in advance.
Communication and follow through
Demonstrate the normal visitor call and entry sequence at handover. Explain who can change answering destinations and report any functions awaiting further coordination. Where ROUT is included, equipment faults and follow-up tasks can enter the service process.
