Communication and follow through
Agree on the work areas and expected finish before starting. Photographs can record conditions and completed work, with unresolved defects identified for follow-up. Where ROUT is included, the associated requests can be tracked. Cleaning or sealant work should not be presented as a guaranteed cure for unidentified water intrusion.
