Litter & Receptacle Service

TFS exterior portering provides ongoing hand litter pickup and trash-receptacle care between larger cleanups. It can be contracted on its own or combined with sweeping to keep parking areas and outdoor common spaces presentable throughout the service cycle.

The property need

Wind-blown wrappers, overflowing cans and litter trapped in planting or along fences need individual attention. A sweeping vehicle cannot reach every location. We create a walking route that identifies collection areas, receptacles and disposal responsibilities so each visit addresses the property's actual needs.

What TFS can provide

  • Hand-pick and remove ordinary litter, trash and debris from parking areas, sidewalks, curb lines, landscape beds, fence lines and common areas.
  • Collect wind-blown debris and accumulated trash along safely accessible retention-pond perimeter areas and perimeter fences.
  • Empty the agreed trash cans throughout the lot and common areas, replacing trash liners during every service visit.
  • Include all replacement liners for the agreed receptacle count, sizes and visit frequency in the service price.
  • Bag, collect and remove service debris for off-site disposal included within the agreed ordinary litter scope and volume.

Coverage and customization

Choose service seven days a week, selected days, once a week, every other week, twice per month or once a month. Every other week and twice monthly are distinct schedules and will be written explicitly. Confirm can counts, liner sizes, route limits and expected volume for pricing. Pond work covers safely accessible land-side litter; water entry, steep banks, bulky dumping and suspect waste need separate review.

Communication and follow through

Confirm completed pickup areas and receptacle service, report overflowing or damaged cans and flag unusual disposal needs. Where ROUT is included, visit photographs and exceptions can support management review. Adjust frequency with the client when recurring buildup shows that the current schedule is insufficient.

Discuss your needs

Provide your locations, desired schedule, trash-can count and sizes, priority litter areas, pond or fence access and photographs. Tell us whether portering is needed alone or with sweeping.
