Storm Cleanup & Recovery

After severe weather, property teams need a clear sequence for assessing landscape debris, recovering access and planning the work that remains. TFS can coordinate storm cleanup and landscape recovery based on site conditions, the client’s priorities and the resources appropriate to the assignment.

The property need

Downed limbs, scattered landscape debris and damaged beds can interrupt arrival routes and normal property activity. Some conditions also require attention from utilities or specialist crews before cleanup can proceed. We begin by identifying the affected areas and agreeing on a practical order of work.

What TFS can provide

  • Review accessible affected areas with the property contact and document the reported landscape damage.
  • Identify conditions that require utility, emergency or specialist attention before work begins.
  • Clear agreed landscape debris from accessible walkways, drives and parking areas as conditions allow.
  • Collect and remove approved downed limbs and landscape material using suitable equipment and disposal arrangements.
  • Clean up affected beds and identify planting or tree work to address through a separate recovery plan.

Coverage and customization

Coordinate one property or prioritize a portfolio by access needs and operational impact. Service timing depends on conditions, safe access, travel, crew availability and debris volumes; any response commitment is established in the agreement. Major tree work, structural damage, standing-water hazards and utility restoration require the appropriate specialists.

Communication and follow through

Keep management informed of access limitations, completed areas and work still pending. Document conditions before and after the assigned cleanup and obtain approval for expanded recovery work. Where ROUT is included, location-based requests and photographs can help track progress across affected properties.

Discuss your needs

Share the affected locations, photographs if safely available, blocked access areas and the contact coordinating recovery at each property.
