On-Demand Service Calls
Request individual repairs and maintenance assistance without an ongoing service agreement.

On-Demand Service Calls
Not every maintenance need requires a recurring agreement. TFS provides a way to request individual repairs or focused maintenance assistance, with the task, access and approval process established before work proceeds.
The property need
A damaged fixture, a door that will not close properly or a small repair backlog can disrupt an otherwise functioning property. The manager needs someone to understand the request, identify what information is missing and organize an appropriate response.
What TFS can provide
- Review the reported problem, location, photographs and effect on property operations.
- Coordinate a visit for diagnosis or an agreed repair, based on access and personnel availability.
- Address suitable minor repairs or coordinate specialized assistance when the task requires it.
- Identify additional work, parts or approvals needed before expanding the assignment.
Coverage and customization
Service calls can support a single property or individual locations within a portfolio. Specify access contacts, occupied hours and any restrictions on noise or work areas. A one-time request can stand alone; recurring issues may be better addressed through a preventive program.
Communication and follow through
We establish how you will receive the findings and proposed next steps. Where ROUT is included, the work order can capture the request, status and completion evidence. If work cannot be completed on the initial visit, the remaining issue and next action should be clear.
Discuss your needs
Describe the issue, property address, operational impact, access contact and any available photographs.
