Paved edges and tight spaces often need focused attention before a sweeping pass. TFS can use controlled blowing, hand tools and collection methods to gather loose leaves and light debris from accessible corners, curb edges and other areas that larger equipment cannot reach.
The property need
Debris caught around wheel stops, benches and building edges can remain after the open pavement has been swept. Moving it into a neighboring area simply creates another problem. We plan where the material will be gathered and how it will be collected as part of the same assignment.
What TFS can provide
- Identify corners, wheel stops, walkway edges and other detail areas included in the visit.
- Use controlled blowing where suitable, with manual collection in sensitive or confined spaces.
- Gather debris into defined collection areas for bagging or the coordinated sweeping pass.
- Keep material out of drains, landscape beds, neighboring property and pedestrian routes.
- Collect the gathered material and complete a final visual check of the agreed detail areas.
Coverage and customization
Schedule detail work alongside mechanical sweeping or as a focused standalone visit. Adjust methods around entrances, outdoor seating, noise-sensitive hours and occupied areas. Ongoing hand litter rounds and trash-can emptying belong to the exterior portering scope and can be combined when requested.
Communication and follow through
Confirm priority edges and collection points before work begins. Report recurring buildup and locations where access or activity prevents completion. When ROUT is included, supporting photos and any additional service requests can accompany the visit record.
