Exterior surfaces collect soil, organic growth, tire marks and environmental residue. TFS can plan pressure washing for suitable sidewalks, entrances, walls and other approved areas while accounting for material, drainage and public access.

The property need

Using the same pressure on every surface can cause damage or drive water where it does not belong. The property also needs a plan for pedestrians, nearby vehicles, sensitive landscaping and runoff. We evaluate the surface and surrounding conditions before setting the method.

What TFS can provide

• Review surface material, soil conditions, drainage, water access and nearby property features.
• Select suitable pressure, tips, cleaning agents and pre-treatment for the approved surface.
• Establish work zones and coordinate pedestrian or vehicle access during service.
• Rinse and recover or direct wash water according to the site arrangement and applicable requirements.
• Report damaged coatings, loose material, deep staining or repairs that cleaning will not correct.

Coverage and customization

Plan a one-time cleaning, periodic entrance care or a multi-location route. Work can be phased around business hours and weather. Roofs, delicate coatings, elevated façades and regulated recovery conditions require separate review and may use different methods.

Communication and follow through

Confirm the surfaces, access restrictions and authorized contact before work begins. Communicate delays caused by weather or site conditions and document completed areas. Any expansion beyond the approved boundaries requires authorization.
