One-Time & Event Sweeping
Additional sweeping and litter cleanup before or after events, seasonal activity, and other occasions requiring a focused site cleanup.

One-Time & Event Sweeping
Some properties need a defined cleanup for a specific occasion rather than a recurring route. TFS can coordinate sweeping and agreed manual cleanup before an opening or event, during designated service windows or after activity ends, based on the site and expected debris.
The property need
Event organizers and property managers need clear boundaries, timing and handover expectations. Vendors, attendees and equipment may still occupy the space when cleanup is scheduled. We define who releases each area for service and which tasks are required before the property returns to normal use.
What TFS can provide
- Review the paved areas, entrances and event zones included in the assignment.
- Plan preparation, interim or post-event visits around the actual operating schedule.
- Sweep accessible surfaces and collect ordinary loose debris using suitable methods.
- Add hand litter pickup and receptacle emptying with replacement liners when included in the event scope.
- Remove the agreed collected debris and walk the completed areas with the designated contact when arranged.
Coverage and customization
Support a single cleanup or several stages of an event. Establish site access, expected attendance or debris volume, receptacle quantities, liner supply and disposal arrangements before pricing. Equipment removal, vendor waste, bulk hauling, pressure washing and indoor cleaning should be separately identified when required.
Communication and follow through
Confirm the event contact, release time and completion priorities. Record deferred areas and additional work requested during the event. Where ROUT is included, photographs and completion notes can document the agreed handover and any follow-up.
Discuss your needs
Share the location, event or project dates, access hours, areas involved, likely debris and whether you need pre-event, interim or post-event service.
