Discolored turf, damaged leaves or declining shrubs can cause concern, but similar symptoms may have different causes. Treating before identifying the problem can leave the actual issue unresolved. We help organize a review of the affected area and the care practices that may be contributing to it.

Coverage and customization
Address one affected area or establish an ongoing inspection and response program across several properties. Planning should consider residents, employees, visitors, pets and nearby sensitive areas. Define notification, access and follow-up arrangements in the scope. Building pest control and other unrelated treatments are separate services.
Communication and follow through
Explain the observed issue, recommended action and expected review process before treatment. Provide relevant preparation or reentry instructions from the responsible applicator and report the result of follow-up checks. ROUT can hold service records and outstanding requests where it is part of the agreement.
