Coverage and customization
Develop a focused entrance concept, an overall property plan or a repeatable direction for several locations. A common brand appearance can use different plant selections to suit each site. Discuss budget, seasonal interest, water use, replacement priorities and approval requirements before finalizing the design.
Communication and follow through
Review the proposed layout and selections with the client before procurement. Record agreed changes, items requiring further assessment and the level of drawings included. Where ROUT is part of the assignment, design approvals and follow-up requests can be documented through the work order process.
