Tree Trimming & Care

Trees should complement the property while allowing people, vehicles and building services to function around them. TFS can coordinate planned pruning and tree care to address growth, appearance and clearance needs, with the work matched to the tree and the conditions around it.

The property need

Branches can obscure a sign, interfere with lighting or extend into a pedestrian or vehicle route. A property manager may also notice damaged limbs without knowing what attention is needed. We review the concern and arrange the appropriate level of tree work instead of applying the same trimming approach to every tree.

What TFS can provide

  • Review the trees identified by management and the intended pruning or clearance objectives.
  • Plan selective pruning appropriate to the tree species, condition and surrounding property features.
  • Address agreed clearance around walkways, drives, signs and lighting without treating pruning as a guarantee against future damage.
  • Arrange suitable personnel, equipment and work-zone controls for the assigned task.
  • Remove agreed trimmed material and flag concerns that call for a specialist tree assessment or a separate removal decision.

Coverage and customization

Plan a periodic pruning program or a focused visit for particular trees. Scheduling depends on the work, site access and surrounding activity. Larger limbs, elevated work, structural concerns and proximity to utilities require specialist coordination; removals and other work beyond the approved trimming scope are reviewed separately.

Communication and follow through

Confirm the trees and objectives before the crew begins. Document completed work and any areas deferred because of access or other conditions. Keep management informed when a tree needs further evaluation. Where ROUT is included, photographs and follow-up requests can stay with the location record.

Discuss your needs

Provide the location, photographs, approximate tree size and the walkway, sign, light or other area affected.
