The property need

A property may need a scheduled sweeper, a walking litter route or a combination of the two. We review the layout, activity and recurring debris to define an appropriate service plan, including the collection and disposal arrangements that make each visit complete.

Coverage and customization

Combine services or contract exterior portering independently. Portering schedules can range from seven days a week to selected days, weekly, every other week, twice monthly or monthly. Write the exact schedule into the agreement. Establish the site boundaries, receptacle count and liner sizes, expected debris volume and off-site disposal scope before pricing.

Communication and follow through

Agree on the property contact, service windows and how exceptions will be reported. Visit notes and photographs can identify inaccessible areas, unusual dumping or the need for more frequent attention. Where ROUT is included, work requests and completion records can stay connected to each location.
