Construction activity can carry loose dirt and debris onto paved entrances, access lanes and completed surfaces. TFS can coordinate sweeping during active work or at handover, matching the method to the material, surface and stage of the project.

The property need

A cleanup completed too early may be undone by the next delivery or trade. Heavy accumulations and mixed construction waste can also exceed what a sweeper can collect. We review the work area with the site representative and define the material and access conditions before assigning equipment.

What TFS can provide

• Review paved entrances, staging lanes and completed hard surfaces included in the cleanup.
• Identify loose tracked-out material and determine whether preliminary manual collection is needed.
• Use suitable manual or mechanical methods for the agreed surface debris.
• Schedule work around deliveries, equipment movement and the project's established site controls.
• Collect and remove agreed debris, then identify material or areas outside the authorized cleanup scope.

Coverage and customization

Arrange periodic support during active work, visits tied to specific project stages or a final paved-area cleanup. Pricing should reflect the area, debris type and volume, access window and disposal arrangement. Demolition hauling, wet concrete, chemical spills and suspect materials require separate assessment; they are not assumed to be ordinary sweeping.

Communication and follow through

Confirm readiness before dispatch and identify the person authorized to approve additional work. Document completed areas, access delays and material outside scope. Where ROUT is included, the work order can retain photographs and the agreed follow-up.
